Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide.

01 / PROCESSING TIME +

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

02 / SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES +

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing.

03 / SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING +

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" page.

04 / CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES +

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please note: If you refuse your package due to customs fees, we will not refund the original shipping cost.

05 / LOST PACKAGES +

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at xmhbjq123@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. However, we are not liable for errors made by the shipping carrier.
